We also offer a mobile service for couples and large groups in the comfort of your own home or holiday accommodation.

Hens / Girls Pampering Parties
Tailor make your hens / girls pampering party to your needs.
We have 3 treatment rooms to accommodate a group of girls for that special occasion.
Here is an example of what is on offer : massages, facials, bodyscrubs, foot spas, manicures, pedicures, readings. A group of girls (min 6, max 12) could rotate between all of these services for approximately 2-3 hours of pampering.

Lymphatic Drainage
This technique assists lymphatic flow and fluid movement. It is a systematic series of light rhythmic tissue movements.
The lymphatic system is the major drainage system of the body. It assists with our immunity and in the maintenance of fluid balance by draining the fluid from the tissues and returning vital substances back to the bloodstream.
Lymphatic drainage can help with general all over detox as well as specific lymph problems such as localised fluid retention
( lymphedema ) post operative.
Trigger Point Therapy
In combination with remedial massage, trigger point therapy treats muscle and fascia pain, restoring mobility & reducing pain.
Especially effective with chronic back pain. It aims to reduce stiffness and pain, increase range of motion, relieve tension and improve circulation, flexibility and co-ordination.
Journey Therapy
“The Journey” was developed by Brandon Bays, as the gift of her own healing journey.
It is a process that takes you deep into the core of your being and with the gentle guidance of the facilitator, you will uncover specific old cell memories or stored emotions, resolve them completely and clear them out.
Your body and being then goes about the process of healing, naturally on its own, allowing you to open up to your true essence, your unlimited potential that lies deep inside all of us.
We all have various issues that keep us trapped or limited. We may feel blocked in different ways by anxiety, fear, depression, anger, grief, hurt, etc… We may suffer from addictions, illness or disease.
“The Journey” offers the possibility to heal and become whole, and free ourselves of old emotional or physical blocks.
